The wood is darker than in the picture. It was easy to assemble until the last piece, which I had to stomp on to snap into place. It just took time and patience. It fits well and holds lots of wine.

[...])product needed holes drilled where jig must have slipped at factory. there were several drops of glue that were spilled on the outside that were attempted to be stained over without success.some of the dividers were scuffed on the visible edges.some of the parts did no have any stain on them.
